Transfers are a paid, manually-performed service we conduct for players. Due to the amount of requests we receive there is a wait time to be expected. Once you've paid for a transfer, you will need to contact us via email at [email protected].

  • After donating, email us. In that email please give us the character names involved in the transfer -- to and from (if moving something).
  • Include the Reference ID of your donation in your email, or account name you donated from.
  • Legendary Weapon Models, Legendary Artifacts, and Weapon Fragments are not eligible to be transferred.
